考虑起重机的动态特性,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对门式起重机蒙皮式结构系统进行模态分析,确定影响结构动态性能的关键模态频率,并对门式起重机蒙皮式结构冲击振动进行瞬态动力学分析。用ANSYS软件仿真分析门式起重机蒙皮式结构系统起升的运动过程,得到门式起重机在起升过程中受到冲击载荷作用时主梁跨中垂直方向位移随时间变化的响应规律,并提取出最大动位移,从而计算出动载系数,为门式起重机蒙皮式结构的设计提供理论依据。
