[目的]探讨黄芩苷对急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)大鼠心功能的影响。[方法]将120只健康成年雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、ARDS模型组和黄芩苷干预组,经股静脉注射油酸(0.12mL/kg)复制ARDS模型,干预组同时腹腔注射黄芩苷溶液(300mg/kg);在不同时间分别插管至颈动脉、右心室、左心室,记录血压、右心室收缩末期压力(RVSP)、左心室收缩末期压力(LVSP)、收缩末期左心室压力最大上升速率(+dp/dtmax)及舒张末期左心室压力最大下降速率(-dp/dtmax);之后采集动脉血测血氧分压。[结果]模型组大鼠动脉氧分压在注射油酸后10min时与对照组比较有明显下降(P<0.01),氧合指数2h时为(189.45±43.03)mmHg(7.5mmHg=1kPa),达到了ARDS的诊断标准(<200mmHg);干预组氧分压和氧合指数在各时间点均低于对照组(P<0.01),在30min及1、2、6、12、24h均高于模型组(P<0.05或0.01)。模型组平均动脉压、RVSP、+dp/dtmax、LVSP等指标与对照组比较明显下降;干预组上述指标均较模型组明显改善。[结论]ARDS时心脏功能受到明显影响,尤以右心为著;黄芩苷可改善ARDS时的缺氧状态,也有助于改善心脏功能。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of baicalin on cardiac function in acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) rats. [Methods] A total of 120 healthy adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control group, ARDS model group and baicalin intervention group. ARDS model was induced by intracerebroventricular injection of oleic acid (0.12 mL / kg) and intraperitoneal injection of baicalin (300 mg / kg). The carotid artery, right ventricle and left ventricle were intubated at different times. The blood pressure, right ventricular end-systolic pressure (RVSP), left ventricular end-systolic pressure (LVSP) (+ Dp / dtmax) and maximal rate of left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (-dp / dtmax). Blood pressure was measured after arterial blood was collected. [Results] The arterial oxygen tension of the model group decreased significantly (P <0.01) at 10 min after injection of oleic acid, and the mean value of oxygenation index was (189.45 ± 43.03) mmHg (7.5 mmHg = 1 kPa) Reached the diagnostic criteria of ARDS (<200mmHg). The oxygen partial pressure and oxygenation index in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group at all time points (P <0.01), and were higher at 30min and 1, 2, 6, 12 and 24h Model group (P <0.05 or 0.01). Compared with the control group, the mean arterial pressure, RVSP, + dp / dtmax and LVSP in the model group decreased significantly. The above indexes in the intervention group were significantly improved compared with the model group. [Conclusion] The cardiac function of ARDS is obviously affected, especially the right heart is located. Baicalin can improve the hypoxia state of ARDS and also improve the cardiac function.
