明城府工程为一栋超高层商住楼,地上48层,建筑高度152.90m,部分框支剪力墙结构,属超限高层建筑。介绍了工程的特点和结构设计情况,并针对高位转换和结构高度超限,采取了基于性能的抗震设计和比现行规范要求更为严格的抗震措施。经对结构进行多模型、多软件及线性和非线性结构分析,结果表明,结构的工作状态和性能均能达到设计的预期性能目标和规范要求。
Ming City House project is a super high-rise commercial and residential buildings, 48 floors above ground, building height 152.90m, some framed shear wall structure, is an overrun high-rise buildings. The characteristics of the project and the design of the structure are introduced. Aiming at the high conversion and the structural height overrun, the performance-based seismic design and the more stringent seismic measures than the current codes are adopted. The multi-model, multi-software and linear and nonlinear structural analysis of the structure show that the working status and performance of the structure can meet the expected performance objectives and specifications of the design.
