目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定山楂降脂片中金丝桃苷和熊果酸含量的方法。方法:采用Accurasil-C18色谱柱,以乙腈-甲醇-0.5%磷酸(68∶12∶20)为流动相,检测波长为280 nm,流速为1.0 m L/min,柱温30℃。结果:金丝桃苷和熊果酸的进样量分别在0.126~0.63、1.224~6.12μg范围内呈良好线性关系;回收率分别为99.70%、99.38%;RSD分别为0.89%、1.21%。结论:本方法简便、准确、灵敏度高,可作为山楂降脂片中金丝桃苷和熊果酸的含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of hyperoside and ursolic acid in hawthorn lipid-lowering tablets by high performance liquid chromatography. Method: The mobile phase was acetonitrile-methanol-0.5% phosphoric acid (68:12:20). The detection wavelength was 280 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 m L / min using Accurasil-C18 column. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: The calibration curves of hyperoside and ursolic acid were linear within the range of 0.126-0.63 and 1.224-6.12μg respectively. The recoveries were 99.70% and 99.38%, respectively. The RSDs were 0.89% and 1.21%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and sensitive. It can be used as a method for the determination of hyperoside and ursolic acid in hawthorn lipid-lowering tablets.
