海马是传统药材,价格昂贵,以增重为目的的伪劣加工较为常见,关于海马产品的污染物限量标准及检验标准仍需进一步完善。本文建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时分析海马产品中铅、镁、铝、铁等元素含量的方法。加标回收实验评价了该方法的准确性,并测定了方法检出限。通过对于金属元素含量总和的分析,将该方法应用于快速筛查伪劣海马加工产品。
Hippocampus is a traditional medicine, expensive, for weight gain for the purpose of inferior processing is more common, the limit of pollutants in hippocampus products and testing standards still need further improvement. This article established a microwave digestion - inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry simultaneous determination of hippocampus products lead, magnesium, aluminum, iron and other elements of the method. Spike recovery experiments evaluated the accuracy of the method and determined the method detection limits. This method was applied to the rapid screening of counterfeit hippocampal processed products through the analysis of the sum of metal elements.
