我们长清区实验小学一直致力于重构学校课程体系,在不断的学习领会和努力践行新课程理念的基础上,结合学校幸福教育办学理念,努力将国家课程、地方课程、校本课程等各级课程进行统整,进而建构具有我校特色的校本化幸福课程体系。一、德育为先之德育课程在有效德育实施过程中,我们主要进行了班级管理课程化、主题教育课程化、养成教育课程化、校外资源课程化四个方面的探索,初步走出了一条具有本校特色的育人之路。班级管理课程化主要是建立了“学生在班主任的宏观调控下自愿组合形成班级管理互助小组,以学生自我管理与同伴相互提醒、监督、评价相结合
