目的研究金莲花(Trollius chinensis Bunge)的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱及制备薄层色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为柳穿鱼黄素(pectolinarigenin,1)、刺槐素(acacetin,2)、蓟黄素(cirsimaritin,3)、荭草苷(orientin,4)、2″-O-(2-甲基丁酰基)-异当药黄素(2″-O-(2-methylbutyryl)-isoswertisin,5)、七叶内酯(esculetin,6)、2-(4’-羟基苯基)-1-硝基乙烷(2-(4’-hydroxyphenyl)-1-nitroethane,7)、原儿茶酸(protocatechuic acid,8)、藜芦酸甲酯(methyl veratrate,9)、E-对-香豆酸甲酯(methyl E-p-coumarate,10)、香草酸(vanillic acid,11)、对羟基苯甲酸(p-hydroxybenzonic acid,12)、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯(methyl p-hydroxybenzoate,13)、金莲花碱(trolline,14)。结论化合物1~2,6~10为首次从金莲花属植物中分离得到,化合物11~13为首次从金莲花中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Trollius chinensis Bunge. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and preparative thin layer chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Fourteen compounds were isolated and identified as pectolinarigenin (1), acacetin (2), cirsimaritin (3), orientin (4), 2 “ (2 ”-O- (2" -methylbutyryl) -isoswertisin, 5), esculetin (6), 2- Hydroxyphenyl) -1-nitroethane (7), protocatechuic acid (8), methyl veratrate (9) ), Methyl Ep-coumarate (10), vanillic acid (11), p-hydroxybenzonic acid (12), methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, 13), trolline (14). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 2, 6 ~ 10 were isolated from the genus Nasturtium for the first time. Compounds 11 ~ 13 were isolated from the genus Nasturtium for the first time.
