对临床医学专业三年级本科生进行问诊训练,教师分别模拟演示＂医生＂和＂患者＂角色,采用客观结构化临床考试。考核成绩和问卷调查表明学生问诊思维逻辑的有序性、条理性均有明显提高,病史采集的规范性、系统性、完整性明显加强。问诊模拟教学可以提高医学生的问诊和医患沟通技能。
