利用自行设计的在高压条件下高低起伏管道模拟设备,对油气两相流动状态下X70管线钢的腐蚀行为进行了模拟,并利用软件对腐蚀过程进行了数值分析。得出结论:Cl-浓度对点蚀趋势的影响存在一个临界浓度,超过临界浓度,点蚀急剧恶化,点蚀坑和点蚀半径增加,低于这个浓度,对点蚀影响不大,这是因为点蚀的形成和金属钝化达到一个动态的平衡,使点蚀处于一个较平稳的状态。Cl-浓度对腐蚀速率的影响也存在一个临界浓度,只是这个浓度大大低于点蚀的临界浓度,大约在2.5~5.0 g/L之间。
The corrosion behavior of X70 pipeline steel under the condition of oil-gas two-phase flow was simulated by using the self-designed pipeline equipment with high and low pressure fluctuations under high pressure. The corrosion process was analyzed numerically by software. It is concluded that there is a critical concentration of Cl- concentration on the pitting corrosion trend. When the critical concentration is exceeded, the pitting corrosion sharply deteriorates and pitting pits and pitting radii increase.
