目的 :探析食管癌术后肠内营养支持的重要性。方法 :选取2015年4月—2016年4月间于我院接受食管癌治疗的66例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字的方式,将其分为对照组和观察组各33例。对照组采用肠外营养支持,观察组采用肠内营养支持,对比两种营养支持方法的应用效果。结果:观察组患者营养支持后的BW、ALB水平及住院时间、住院费用、胃肠道反应均优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :对食管癌患者采用术后肠内营养支持,可有效改善其营养状况,所得效果显示出较大的优越性,值得临床推广。
Objective: To explore the importance of postoperative enteral nutrition support for esophageal cancer. METHODS: Sixty-six patients who underwent esophageal cancer treatment in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected as study subjects. According to the random number method, 33 patients were divided into control group and observation group. The control group received parenteral nutrition support, and the observation group received enteral nutrition support, comparing the effects of two nutritional support methods. Results: The BW and ALB levels, hospitalization costs, gastrointestinal reactions in the observation group were better than those in the control group after nutritional support. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The use of postoperative enteral nutrition support for esophageal cancer patients can effectively improve their nutritional status, the results show a greater superiority, worthy of clinical promotion.
