本研究结合连铸薄板坯和传统连铸板坯的凝固组织特征,并利用建立的二冷控制模型分别计算了两者在凝固过程中凝固前沿及凝固壳的温度梯度,对它们的凝固条件和凝固过程及其偏析情况进行了对比分析。研究表明,薄板坯的二冷强度大,凝固速度快,组织细小、均匀,其内部溶质元素的偏析程度远低于传统连铸板坯。
In this study, the solidification characteristics of the continuous casting thin slab and the continuous casting slab were studied. The temperature gradient of the solidification shell and the solidification shell during the solidification process was calculated by using the second cooling control model. The solidification conditions and Solidification process and its segregation were analyzed. The results show that the secondary cooling strength of the thin slab is large, the solidification speed is fast, the structure is small and uniform, and the degree of segregation of the solute elements in the slab is much lower than that of the conventional slab.
