全新的机车采用了交流传动、微机控制和轮盘制动等多项国际成熟、可靠的新技术,机车单机功率7200kw,牵引5000t货物最高时速可达到每小时120km。是目前我国技术水平最高、单机功率最大、时速最快的货运电力机车,也是我国铁路“货运重载、快捷”的理想车型。本论文是就此大功率电力机车的电机壳体的加工工艺进行分析,并对加工工艺和加工工具加以改进,提高生产效率,节约加工成本。
The new locomotive adopts a number of internationally proven and reliable new technologies such as AC drive, microcomputer control and wheel brake. The single locomotive power of the locomotive is 7200kW and the maximum speed of 5000t cargo traction can reach 120km / h. It is the most advanced freight electric locomotive with the highest level of technology, the largest stand-alone power and the fastest speed in our country. It is also the ideal model of China’s railway “cargo overloading and fast”. This paper analyzes the machining process of the motor housing of the high-power electric locomotive and improves the processing technology and processing tools to improve the production efficiency and save the processing cost.
