企业的成功,30%靠战略,50%靠执行力,20%包含了机遇、环境等客观因素形成的平台。执行力是最重要的。真正的营销专家,不能光精通传播,在所谓的诉求啦、卖点啦、差异化啦等方面兜圈子,而应扎扎实实地深入于市场,了解、熟悉和掌握产品本质性的特征和个性化的规律。换句话说,一个没有在市场一线带过兵、打过仗的人,如果仅仅学了点广告传播、营销理论之类,就以此来指导企业的市场实践和产品推广,并自封为营销专家,我觉得这其实产生泡沫了。
