在四化建设飞速发展的新形势下,国家十分重视电力能源的开发,“七五”期间将有3500千瓦的装机容量投产。我们厂是为水利电力工程施工生产大型起重机的厂家,认真地总结电站施工用起重机的研究和生产经验,使其不断适应水利电力建设事业发展的需要,有着十分重要的意义。建国初期,丰满水电站靠日本产9吨臂式起重机浇筑大坝。1956年,根据水电建设的迫切需要,我们以日本9吨机为原型,仿制了2台10吨门式起重机,首次用于新安江水电站工程,从而开始了采用国产超重机浇筑电站大坝的历史。此后,在上海机械设计室(杭州机械设计研究所的前身)的配合下,自行设计了 MQ540/30型门座起重机。

Our factory is a manufacturer of large cranes for the construction of water conservancy and power engineering. It is very important for us to seriously summarize the research and production experience of the construction cranes and to constantly adapt to the needs of the development of water conservancy and power construction. In the early days of the founding of New China, Fengman Hydropower Station pumped the dam by a 9-tonne boom crane produced in Japan. In 1956, according to the urgent need of hydropower construction, we prototyped 9-tonne Japanese machine and imitated 2 sets of 10-ton gantry crane, which was first used in the Xinanjiang hydropower project, thus starting the history of using domestic overweight machine to pour dam . Since then, in cooperation with the Shanghai Mechanical Design Studio (Hangzhou Mechanical Design Institute), designed its own MQ540 / 30-type portal cranes.
