根据小浪底水库的开发任务、初期水库输沙规律及黄河下游河道的演变规律 ,对初期运用满足防洪减淤、供水发电要求所需要的调控库容进行了分析 ,比较了不同调控库容调水、水库淤积、下游河道减淤及断面形态调整、发电的效果。认为当调控上限流量采用 2 60 0m3 /s时 ,调控库容采用 8亿m3 ;当调控上限流量采用 3 70 0m3 /s时 ,调控库容采用13亿m3 ,可较好地满足防洪减淤和供水发电需要。
