口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)是一种T细胞相关的伴有慢性浅表性炎症的黏膜角化异常性疾病,TGF-β信号通路及其信号转导蛋白Smads家族在疾病的发生发展中起着重要作用。TGF-β及Smads蛋白在OLP患者外周血及局部组织细胞中的表达相较于健康人群均有差异。此外,TGF-β信号通路及Smads蛋白家族在多种免疫相关疾病中也都起着不可忽视的作用,系统了解相关的研究进展能让我们更全面地认识TGF-β信号通路,有益于深入研究OLP。
Oral lichen planus (OLP) is a T-cell associated abnormal mucosal keratosis associated with chronic superficial inflammation. The TGF-β signaling pathway and its signal transduction protein Smads family play an important role in the development of the disease effect. The expression of TGF-β and Smads protein in OLP patients with peripheral blood and local tissue cells compared with healthy people are different. In addition, the TGF-β signaling pathway and the Smads family of proteins also play an important role in a variety of immune-related diseases. The systematic understanding of the relevant research progress allows us to more fully understand the TGF-β signaling pathway and is beneficial for further research OLP.
