法学作为一门应用型学科应该注重培养学生的实践能力,培养卓越法律人才。传统的法学教育方式弊端突出,“三位一体”教学法把教学过程分为三个环节,除了理论讲授是以教师为主体以外,引导讨论和实践训练都是以学生为主体。这种教学方式优势明显,可以增加学生各方面的能力,使法律教育事业和法律职业需求很好地衔接起来。 Law as an applied discipline should pay attention to cultivating students’ practical ability and cultivating outstanding legal talents. The traditional method of legal education has its drawbacks highlighted. The Trinity teaching method divides the teaching process into three parts. Apart from the fact that the theory teaching is based on the teacher, guiding and discussing and practicing training all take the students as the main body. This teaching method has obvious advantages, which can increase students’ abilities in all aspects and make the legal education and legal career requirements well connected.
