报告原发于肠系膜的肿瘤４３例。恶性２５例，良性１８例。均经手术治疗。除１例平滑肌肉瘤术中死于室颤外，余４２例均随访，良性肿瘤２例术后２年失访，余５年生存率为１００％；恶性肿瘤１年生存率为１６％，余均在３年内死亡。就原发性肠系膜肿瘤的一般特点、诊断和治疗进行了探讨。 Reported 43 cases of primary mesenteric tumors. 25 cases were malignant and 18 cases were benign. All have been treated surgically. Except one case of leiomyosarcoma who died of ventricular fibrillation during surgery, the remaining 42 cases were followed up. Two cases of benign tumors were lost to follow-up at 2 years and the remaining 5-year survival rate was 100%; the 1-year survival rate of malignant tumors was 16%. Both died within 3 years. The general characteristics, diagnosis, and treatment of primary mesenteric tumors are discussed.
