烧钻事故在煤田地质钻探施工中比较常见,而且容易被误判为钻具脱扣或折断事故,造成人力、物力和时间的浪费。事故产生的原因很多,但大多因钻具密封不严、高压水路堵塞、泥浆泵故障等,使泥浆不能正常输送到孔底循环而产生。根据烧钻事故的上述特点,笔者在多年钻探实践中,逐步摸索总结出“追本溯源、找准症结、循序渐进、松紧结合”的处理原则和“分析、判断、有序、果断”的处理步骤,在钻探事故的处理中取得了良好效果,对类似事故的处理有一定的借鉴作用。
Burning drilling accidents are common in coalfield geological drilling and are easily misjudged as tripping or breakage of drilling tools, resulting in the waste of manpower, material resources and time. There are many reasons for the accident, but mostly due to lax sealing of the drilling tools, blockage of high-pressure waterway, mud pump failure, etc., the slurry can not be normally transported to the bottom of the hole. According to the above characteristics of the burned drill accident, the author has gradually worked out the practice principle of “analyzing, judging, orderly and decisively ”Processing steps, the drilling accident has achieved good results, the handling of similar accidents have some reference.
