沼气池产气率的高低,直接关系到沼气发展的命运,而池温的高低又是影响产气率高低的关键。以甲烷为主要成份的沼气生殖温度约在5—60℃之间,25—40℃则最适于甲烷生殖,在这个温度范围里,平均产气率是常温(20℃左右)发酵的1—10倍,甚至更高。我国目前广大农村推广的沼气池,大多数是ZC-813型等普通水压式沼气池,其池温在5—10月份最高也不过23℃,产气率为0.15—0.2m~3/日·m~3液。而笔者设计的Fu-837太阳能水压武沼气池,由于在同一时间内池温高达29.8℃,产气率达到0.3—0.6m~3/日·m~3液,是其它普通型水压式沼气池的1—2倍。所以该池具有池温高、产气率高、造价低等特点。该池型结构如右下图所示。
