研究目的:盾构隧道近距离下穿民房建筑群时,将引起地表和民房基础产生不均匀沉降,若沉降过大将引起民房的开裂和民房基础的破坏,威胁到民生安全。本文以南京地铁10号线下穿民房建筑群为依托,采用数值分析方法对盾构下穿建筑物所引起的地表、民房基础的沉降及其控制技术进行了研究,以达到保护地面建筑物的目标,规避盾构施工引起地表建筑物沉降开裂等风险。研究结果:在下穿段采用上半环管片壁后二次补强注浆的加固方式,可以有效地控制地表和基础的沉降。加固后,最大地表沉降为7.874mm,远小于25mm的报警值。沉降槽曲线符合Peck经验公式。地基的倾斜度很小,可以忽略。同时亦保证了地基的合理受力及盾构的顺利掘进。
Research purposes: When shield tunnels pass through civilian buildings at close distance, it will cause uneven settlement of ground surface and houses. If the settlement is too large, the cracking of houses and destruction of houses will be threatened, and the safety of people’s livelihood will be threatened. The results show that the reinforcing method of the second reinforcement grouting after the upper half-segment pipe wall is used in the lower section, which can effectively control the settlement of the ground surface and foundation. After reinforcement, the maximum surface settlement is 7.874mm, far less than the alarm value of 25mm. Settling tank curve in line with Peck empirical formula. The slope of the foundation is small and can be neglected. At the same time, it also ensures that the foundation is properly supported and the tunnels are well driven.
