外周血液E-玫瑰花环阳性的淋巴细胞由PHA-P刺激而产生无白细胞介素-1(Interleukin-1)的培养上清液,在体外对大鼠肝癌细胞的杀伤效应敏感,通过光学显微镜观察,激活T细胞培养上清液引起肝癌细胞胞浆的收缩、分离。电子显微镜观察这些细胞显示出溶酶体残留的致密小体形成和线粒体肿胀,细胞浆内以及贴邻的细胞膜之间出现大量空泡。这种现象提示了激活T细胞培养上清液有侵袭肝癌细胞的特性,导致细胞溶解。
Peripheral blood E-rosette-positive lymphocytes were stimulated by PHA-P to produce Interleukin-1-free culture supernatant, which was sensitive to the killing effect on rat hepatoma cells in vitro and observed by light microscopy , Activated T cell culture supernatant caused liver cancer cell cytoplasm contraction, separation. Observation of these cells by an electron microscope revealed dense body formation and mitochondrial swelling of the lysosomes remaining, with a large number of vacuoles appearing between the cytoplasm and the adjacent cell membranes. This phenomenon suggests that the activation of T cell culture supernatant has the characteristics of invasion of liver cancer cells, leading to cell lysis.
