利用PRO/Ⅱ化工流程模拟计算软件,预精馏塔和回收塔、加压塔和常压塔分别采用ALCO热力学计算模型和NRTL热力学计算模型并进行了热力学参数修正,以醇类、水作为关键组分,对甲醇精馏四塔流程进行模拟计算。通过计算各塔进料位置、回流比和理论板数等操作参数,对进料温度、操作压力进行了模拟优化。结果表明,四塔流程精馏出的甲醇质量符合美国AA级和GB338-2004优等品要求,在能耗、操作稳定性、灵活性方面具有优势。
Using PRO / Ⅱ chemical process simulation software, pre-rectification tower and recovery tower, the ALCO thermodynamic calculation model and the NRTL thermodynamic calculation model are respectively adopted for the pressure tower and the atmospheric tower, and the thermodynamic parameters are modified to take alcohol and water as the key Components, methanol distillation four towers process simulation. By calculating operating parameters such as feed position, reflux ratio and theoretical plate number of each tower, the feed temperature and operating pressure were simulated and optimized. The results showed that the quality of the methanol distilled from the four-tower process met the requirements of AA grade and GB338-2004 grade products in the United States and had advantages in energy consumption, operation stability and flexibility.
