Anti-corrosion and lightweight railway vehicles, railways has long been the concern of all countries. Aluminum alloy vehicle body (referred to as aluminum cars), is a way to solve this problem. The American aluminum gondola car appeared in the late 1950s and has produced thousands of cars by the 1960s. However, the ensuing controversy over the aluminum car cast a shadow over the development of the aluminum car, and production in the 1970s plummeted. Both Alcoa and Ruiluodui aluminum companies in the United States hired technology consulting firms to study the development prospects of aluminum gondola cars basically at the same time but independently of each other. The conclusions of the two technology consulting firms are very similar. They think of each railroad and overloaded
