目的:建立吴茱萸药材的HPLC指纹图谱,并对主要成分进行定性定量分析,为科学评价及有效控制其质量提供方法。方法:采用HPLC梯度洗脱法测定10批吴茱萸药材样品的色谱图,应用HPLC-DAD-MS联用技术确定共有峰的归属,并利用相似度评价及系统聚类分析进行模式识别。结果:吴茱萸HPLC指纹图谱有32个共有峰,指认了其中的13个共有峰,并对其中的2种成分进行了定量评价。结论:所建立的HPLC指纹图谱能体现吴茱萸的主要成分,可结合含量测定用于全面控制吴茱萸的质量。
OBJECTIVE: To establish HPLC fingerprinting of Fructus Evodiae, and to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of its main components to provide a scientific method for evaluation and effective control of its quality. Methods: The chromatograms of 10 Evodia rutaecarpa samples were determined by HPLC gradient elution method. HPLC-DAD-MS was used to determine the share of common peaks. Pattern recognition was performed by similarity evaluation and cluster analysis. Results: There were 32 common peaks in HPLC fingerprint of Evodia rutaecarpa, 13 common peaks were identified, and 2 of them were quantitatively evaluated. Conclusion: The established HPLC fingerprinting can reflect the main components of Evodia rutaecarpa and can be used to control the quality of Evodia rutaecarpa completely.
