我院采用碘伏（聚乙烯吡咯酮碘，有效碘含量５ ０００ ｍｇ／Ｌ）作外科术前洗手消毒已１２年。２０００年１１月，对１３０名用碘伏作术前洗手者，在消毒后出现不良反应的情况进行了调查。其中，男性５８人，女性７２人；连续使用时间不足１年者占７．７％，１～３年者占１０
