介绍了目前我国火电厂节水措施、河西电厂的节水改造的水源变化以及节水设施和工艺的变化,通过几个量化的节水指标描述了火电厂节水改造后达到的实际效果,通过节水效益、环保效益和经济效益三方面建立了节水改造的指标评价体系。利用AHP以及序关系确定组合权重,结合节水改造后的统计数据分析和主观评价,利用模糊综合评价方法,河西电厂的节水改造工程整体上取得了好的效果。
This paper introduces the current water saving measures of thermal power plants in China, the changes of water sources and the changes of water saving facilities and technologies in Hexi Power Plant. Several quantitative water saving indicators describe the actual effect of thermal power plants after water-saving reform, Water saving benefits, environmental benefits and economic benefits of three aspects of the establishment of a water-saving indicators of the evaluation system. Using AHP and ordinal relations to determine the combined weights, combined with statistical analysis and subjective evaluation after water-saving transformation, and using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the water-saving reconstruction project of Hexi Power Plant has achieved good results as a whole.
