将无碳材料应用于浸入式水口中,研究了其防止氧化铝堵塞的机理。由于氧化铝粘附量减少,故钢水能顺利流动,且钢水质量也得以提高。
The carbon-free material was applied to the submerged nozzle, and the mechanism of preventing the blockage of alumina was studied. Due to the reduced amount of alumina adhesion, the molten steel can flow smoothly and the molten steel quality can also be improved.
