窦房交界性早搏的报道已不少见,但伴有逆向性反文氏现象及二联律法则似未见报道。现将我们遇到的1例报告如下。患者女性,73岁。临床诊断:肺心病。记录心电图时未服过洋地黄。附图为不连续记录的Ⅱ、Ⅲ导联示:窦性心律,频率100次/min,可见多个提前出现P’波,形态与窦性P波相仿(方向一致,振幅略有高低),配对间期一致,P’波均落于前1心动周期的ST段上,后无QRS波跟随,代偿间歇大多呈不完全性。P’波的出现与消失同前一个P’- The report of sinoatrial junctional premature beats is not uncommon, but there is no report about the phenomenon of reverse anti-phenomenon and double law.
