党的十七大报告第一次提出“加强和改进思想政治工作,注重人文关怀和心理疏导”。这为现阶段加强和改进思想政治工作指明了方向,对思想政治工作的创新发展提出了新的要求。以前思想政治工作是教育人,现在提出人文关怀和心理疏导,表明思想政治工作应该关心人内心的感受。在这种背景下,如何以人为本,在思想政治工作中,做到人文关怀和心理疏导,便成为摆在化工部面前需要迫切解决的重大课题。 The 17th National Congress of the Communist Party reported for the first time “strengthening and improving ideological and political work, focusing on humane care and psychological counseling.” This pointed out the direction for strengthening and improving ideological and political work at this stage and put forward new requirements on the innovation and development of ideological and political work. In the past, ideological and political work was an educator, and humanistic care and psychological counseling were put forward now. This shows that ideological and political work should be concerned about how people feel in their hearts. Under such background, how to be people-oriented and accomplish humane care and psychological counseling in ideological and political work has become a major issue that needs urgent solution before the Ministry of Chemical Industry.
