我国民航事业的飞速发展对其从业人员的素质提出更高的要求,而模拟培训对提高空管人员素质所发挥的作用已得到广泛认同。本文采用层次分析法与模糊综合评判法相结合,对程序管制的培训效度进行研究,以期量化培训效果,进一步提高程序管制模拟培训效度。
The rapid development of civil aviation in our country has put forward higher requirements on the quality of its employees, and the role of simulation training in improving the quality of its personnel has been widely recognized. In this paper, the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are combined to study the validity of program control training in order to quantify the training effect and further improve the validity of program control simulation training.
