我们对1978年～1989年9月我院急性心肌梗塞原发室颤或心脏骤停患者抢救成功并康复出院的30例病人作一简要总结1 临床资料1.1 一般情况男性25例,女性5例;年龄最小为40岁,最大为80岁。梗塞部位:前壁、高侧壁、下壁心肌梗塞2例;再发心肌梗塞及前壁梗塞各3例;前间隔梗寒4例;前壁、前间隔梗塞及下壁加后壁梗塞各5例;下壁梗塞6例;正后壁梗塞及前壁、前间壁、高侧壁梗塞各1例。
