就世界范围土壤肥力而言,土壤中的氮、磷、钾元素的大致含量分别是0.02-0.5%,0.01-0.2%和0.2-3.3%。在中国一般农田的养分含量是：氮0.03-0.35%,磷0.01-0.15%,钾0.25-2.7%。本次研究对象为青藏高原祁连县某区草原土壤,植被多为矮蒿草等混生草植物,土壤为山地草黑土,采样厚度分别为7cm、17cm、27cm、37cm,对这四个厚度的土壤分别检测分析项目为PotentialOfHydrogen（PH）、有机质、全氮、全磷、碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾,通过分析项目含量来分析土
