为对转基因大豆新株系的主要农艺性状进行科学评价,对已获得耐盐碱性状显著的转GsCa2+-ATPase基因大豆的3个株系HF50-CA-1、HF55-CA-1、HF55-CA-2的T3植株进行种子萌发率、种子落粒性、产量性状、品质性状和形态性状的调查与分析。结果表明:在种子萌发率、种子落粒性、形态性状和产量性状上,3个转基因大豆株系与对照相比无显著差异。在品质性状上,3个转基因株系的蛋白含量与对照差异不显著。表明没有因导入耐盐碱基因而导致上述性状产生不良变化。油分含量与对照相比,株系HF50-CA-1和HF55-CA-1分别显著下降1.01%和0.56%,而HF55-CA-2株系则差异不显著。
In order to evaluate the main agronomic traits of transgenic soybean lines, three lines of HF50-CA-1, HF55-CA-1, HF55-CA- 2 T3 plant seed germination rate, seed droplet, yield traits, quality traits and morphological traits investigation and analysis. The results showed that there was no significant difference in seed germination rate, seed shattering, morphological traits and yield traits between the three transgenic soybean lines and the control. In quality traits, the protein content of the three transgenic lines was not significantly different from the control. Indicating that there is no introduction of salt-tolerant genes resulting in adverse changes in the above traits. Compared with the control, the oil content of HF50-CA-1 and HF55-CA-1 decreased significantly by 1.01% and 0.56%, respectively, while the content of HF55-CA-2 strain was not significantly different.
