目的研究盐酸青藤碱对体外培养乳腺癌MCF-7细胞增殖的作用。方法体外培养人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞,四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)法测定盐酸青藤碱(SIN)、5-氟尿苷(5-FUR)、SIN+5-FUR对乳腺癌MCF-7细胞增殖的影响。结果 SIN对人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞有增殖抑制作用,且呈浓度依赖性。SIN、5-FUR、SIN+5-FUR对MCF-7细胞的抑制强弱为:SIN>SIN+5-FUR>5-FUR。结论 SIN具有抑制人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞增殖的作用,且抑制效果强于5-FUR及SIN+5-FUR。
Objective To study the effect of sinomenine hydrochloride on proliferation of MCF-7 breast cancer cells in vitro. Methods Human breast cancer MCF-7 cells were cultured in vitro. The effects of sinomenine hydrochloride (SIN), 5-fluorouridine (5-FUR) and SIN + 5-FUR on breast cancer were detected by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) MCF-7 cell proliferation. Results SIN inhibited the proliferation of human breast cancer MCF-7 cells in a concentration-dependent manner. The inhibitory effect of SIN, 5-FUR and SIN + 5-FUR on MCF-7 cells was: SIN> SIN + 5-FUR> 5-FUR. Conclusion SIN can inhibit the proliferation of human breast cancer MCF-7 cells and its inhibitory effect is stronger than that of 5-FUR and SIN + 5-FUR.
