目的观察干化学法与尿沉渣法联合用于尿常规检验的效果。方法选取检验科做尿检的1000例患者,均接受2种检查方法,即干化学法、尿沉渣法检验。对尿常规检验红细胞、白细胞数值进行对比。结果干化学法检测RBC的阳性率为20%,尿沉渣法检测RBC的阳性率为19%(P>0.05);尿沉渣法检测WBC的阳性率为16%,干化学法WBC的阳性率15%(P>0.05);2种方法联合检测RBC的阳性率为25%,检测WBC的阳性率为20%,与单独使用2种检查方法比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论干化学法与尿沉渣法联合使用于尿常规检查,具有提高红细胞、白细胞检出率,优化检测率等特点,进而有效提高检验的准确率,值得关注。
Objective To observe the effect of dry chemistry method and urinary sediment method combined with urine routine test. Methods Select the test department to do urine test in 1000 patients, were to accept two kinds of inspection methods, namely dry chemical method, urine sediment test. On the urine routine test erythrocytes, white blood cell values were compared. Results The positive rate of RBC detected by dry chemical method was 20%, the positive rate of RBC detected by urinary sediment method was 19% (P> 0.05), the positive rate of WBC detected by urinary sediment method was 16%, the positive rate of WBC was 15 % (P> 0.05). The positive rate of RBC detected by two methods was 25% and the positive rate of WBC detected was 20%. There was significant difference between the two methods (P <0.05). Conclusions The combination of dry chemical method and urinary sediment method for urine routine examination has the characteristics of improving the detection rate of red blood cells and white blood cells, and optimizing the detection rate, so as to effectively improve the accuracy of the test, which deserves attention.
