我国能源利用率较低,与发达国家相比差距很大。其原因很多,保温不佳是诸因素中的一个重要因素;因此加强保温是节约能源提高能源利用率的重要措施。本文就管道保温厚度的合理选择谈几点看法。一、国内外管道保温厚度概况从近年来国内外保温厚度的改变,可以发现目前采用的保温厚度比十年前厚得多,这是为了对能源的有效利用和提高经济效益。日本工业标准《保温、保冷工程标准》经三次修改后,保温厚度增加约30~80%,其中:低温小管径增加值小些,高温大管径增加值大些。美国联邦能源委员会论文《工业的经济保温厚度》中指
China’s energy utilization rate is relatively low and it is quite different from developed countries. There are many reasons for this, and poor insulation is an important factor in many factors; therefore, strengthening insulation is an important measure to save energy and improve energy efficiency. This article discusses several points of view on the rational choice of pipe insulation thickness. First, domestic and international pipeline insulation thickness profile From the recent changes in insulation thickness at home and abroad, we can find that the current use of insulation thickness is much thicker than a decade ago, this is for the effective use of energy and improve economic efficiency. After three revisions of the Japanese Industrial Standard “Insulation and Cooling Engineering Standards”, the insulation thickness is increased by about 30 to 80%, of which: the increase in low-temperature small pipe diameter is smaller, and the increase in high-temperature large pipe diameter is larger.
