通过将不同摩尔配比的丙二酸乙二醇酯嵌入到芳香族水溶性聚酯的分子主链中,制备出一系列具有不同分子结构的环保型脂肪族-芳香族水溶性共聚酯(WSACP)。然后,以WSACP溶液在聚酯纤维上的接触角、WSACP膜的拉伸力学性能以及WSACP对聚酯纤维的粘合强度为主要量化指标,研究了脂肪族单体丙二酸二甲酯(DMM)与芳香族单体对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)的单体配伍对WSACP与聚酯纤维粘合性能的影响。结果表明:当DMM∶DMT=3∶7(摩尔比)时,合成的WSACP对聚酯纤维的粘合性能较为优异。
A series of environmentally friendly aliphatic-aromatic water-soluble copolyesters with different molecular structures were prepared by embedding the different molar ratio of malonic acid ethylene glycol into the molecular chain of aromatic water-soluble polyester WSACP). Then, the contact angle of WSACP solution on polyester fiber, the tensile mechanical properties of WSACP film and the bonding strength of WSACP to polyester fiber are the main quantitative indexes. The effects of aliphatic monomer dimethyl malonate (DMM ) And the monomer of dimethyl terephthalate (DMT) on the bonding properties of WSACP and polyester fiber. The results show that when the DMM: DMT = 3: 7 (molar ratio), the synthetic WSACP polyester fiber bonding performance is superior.
