采用体布拉格光栅(VBG)作为纵模选择元件,组合使用透射式和反射式体布拉格光栅构成窄带滤波器进行纵模的选择,在Nd:YLF激光器中得到了单纵模几率100%,单脉冲能量2mJ,波长1053nm的单纵模输出。实验结果表明,体布拉格光栅用作选模元件的同时,又用作输出耦合镜,简化了单纵模激光器的结构,提高了抗干扰能力,且具有大功率输出的潜力。
Using a bulk Bragg grating (VBG) as a longitudinal mode selection element, a narrowband filter is constructed using a combination of transmissive and reflective bulk Bragg gratings for longitudinal mode selection. The single longitudinal mode probability is 100% in a Nd: YLF laser, Energy 2mJ, wavelength 1053nm single longitudinal mode output. The experimental results show that the Bragg grating is used as the mode selection element and the output coupling mirror at the same time. It simplifies the structure of the single longitudinal mode laser, improves the anti-interference ability and has the potential of high power output.
