应用原生质体融合技术,将黑木耳河北6号和野生毛木耳杂交获得的8个融合株,从中筛选出具有黑木耳商品性状,表现有明显的杂交优势,遗传特性稳定的翼杂2号、3号两个新种,经在生产中示范推广,生产性能较好。现将其特性研究报告如下。一、生物学特性 (一)温度将菌株接种于未调pH的PDA培养基斜面试管中心,置于5、10、15、20、25、30、35、40℃温度下培养,6天后测量菌丝生长长度,取日长速平均值(mm/日)。结果表明,翼杂2号菌丝生长起始温度、适宜温度和最适温度分别为15℃、25~35℃和30℃,与亲本河北6号一致,翼杂3号菌丝生长起始温度为20℃,高于亲本株(表1)。
