在经济增长和技术进步的研究领域中,技术学习与创新一直是学者们研究的焦点,管理学习与创新作为另一个显著促进经济增长和技术进步的因子,但关于“企业是如何获得和学习管理技术”这一重要问题则很少被学术界讨论,这是一个疏忽。鉴于此,本研究在现有理论基础上,构建了管理学习与技术进步的关系模型,并选取1978-2013年之间的中国宏观层面的经济数据和三家典型企业,运用数理统计方法和多案例研究法,对命题进行了验证。结果显示,管理学习与创新对技术进步的贡献达到45%;其微观作用机制包括效率导向、成本导向和技术机会导向三种。
In the field of economic growth and technological progress, technology learning and innovation have been the focus of scholars’ study. Managing learning and innovation is another factor that significantly promotes economic growth and technological progress, but on how enterprises acquire and learn It is an oversight that the important issue of management techniques is rarely discussed by academics. In view of this, on the basis of existing theories, this study constructs a relational model of management learning and technological progress, and selects the macroeconomic data and three typical enterprises in China from 1978 to 2013, using mathematical statistics and multi-case Research method, the proposition has been verified. The results show that the contribution of management learning and innovation to technological progress reaches 45%. Its micro-mechanism includes efficiency-oriented, cost-oriented and technology-oriented.
