目的掌握广西乙类大型医用设备配置状况,提供配置管理政策依据。方法对各级医疗机构使用的乙类大型医用设备进行调查表调查,经监督、许可核对调查结果并进行统计分析。结果广西共有乙类大型医用设备428台。其中CT机258台、9个品牌,国外、国内品牌占有率分别为89.9%和10.1%;MRI 56台、9个品牌,国外、国内品牌占有率分别为80.9%和19.1%;DSA 53台、8个品牌,国外、国内品牌占有率分别为86.5%和13.5%;LA 43台、9个品牌,国外、国内品牌占有率分别为35.7%和64.3%,;SPECT 18台、6个品牌,全部为国外品牌。广西于近10年内装备CT、MRI、DSA、LA和SPECT的台数分别占各自装备总数的84.9%、94.6%、88.7%、83.7%和94.4%;该五种设备人口拥有量分别为5.07、1.10、1.04、0.84和0.35台/100万人,各市配置分布差别较大。结论从利用率和区域分布现状综合考虑,认为乙类大型医用设备百万人口拥有量等于或大于广西平均值的市应暂缓配置,尚未配置某种乙类大型医用设备的市应予以1台的配置。县级医疗机构未配置SPECT、乡级医疗机构未配置DSA、LA和SPECT符合广西实际,应继续强化配置管理。目前采取的指标控制、配置许可等方法有效地控制了大型医用设备配置的快速增长并逐步合理调整了配置布局。
Objective To grasp the configuration of large-scale medical equipment of Class B in Guangxi and provide the basis for configuration management policy. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on large-sized Category B medical devices used by medical institutions at all levels. After supervision and permission, the survey results were checked and statistical analysis was conducted. Results There were altogether 428 large-sized medical equipment in Guangxi. Among them, 258 sets of CT machines, 9 brands of foreign brands and domestic brands accounted for 89.9% and 10.1% of the total sales respectively; MRI 56, 9 brands, foreign and domestic brands accounted for 80.9% and 19.1% respectively; DSA 53, 8 brands, foreign and domestic brands occupy respectively 86.5% and 13.5%; LA 43 sets, 9 brands, foreign and domestic brands share respectively 35.7% and 64.3%; SPECT 18 sets, 6 brands, all For foreign brands. The number of CT, MRI, DSA, LA and SPECT in Guangxi in the past 10 years accounted for 84.9%, 94.6%, 88.7%, 83.7% and 94.4% respectively of the total number of their respective equipment. The population of these five devices was 5.07 and 1.10 respectively , 1.04,0.84 and 0.35 units / 1 million people, the distribution of cities vary widely. Conclusion Considering the current situation of utilization rate and regional distribution, it is considered that the city with a population of one million large-sized medical devices of type B should be temporarily allocated with a population equal to or greater than the average value of Guangxi. One city without a large-sized medical device of Class B should be provided Configuration. County-level medical institutions are not equipped with SPECT, township-level medical institutions are not configured DSA, LA and SPECT in line with the actual Guangxi, should continue to strengthen the configuration management. The current measures such as index control and configuration permission effectively control the rapid growth of large-scale medical equipment configuration and gradually adjust the configuration layout rationally.
