依据压铸模具浇注系统的设计原则,设计出某ADC12铝合金端盖的两种浇注系统结构。选择相同的压铸参数,并利用ProCAST数值模拟软件对该零件的压铸过程进行仿真,分析这两种不同浇注系统压铸过程的流场和温度场,同时观察充型的缩孔缩松缺陷,从中选择出一个较合理的浇注结构,为模具的设计提供了依据,同时提高了压铸件的质量。
According to the design principle of casting mold casting system, we designed two kinds of casting system structure of ADC12 aluminum alloy end cap. Select the same die-casting parameters and simulate the die-casting process by using ProCAST numerical simulation software to analyze the flow field and temperature field in the die-casting process of the two different casting systems and observe the filling shrinkage defects, A more reasonable pouring structure, provides a basis for the design of the mold, while improving the quality of die-casting.
