亚麻籽是草本植物亚麻的种子,亚麻籽油通常通过冷榨法获取,富含丰富的α-亚麻酸等多种营养成分。α-亚麻酸对人类身体健康非常有益,但在橄榄油、玉米油、花生油、葵花子油、芝麻油等常见食用油中,亚麻酸的含量普遍不高,大豆油、菜籽油、茶籽油、核桃油亚麻酸含量相对较丰富一点,但也远远达不到人体需要的要求。而亚麻籽油里的α-亚麻酸的含量平均高达50%,尤其适合“三高”人群长期服用,调理身心,维持营养平衡。
