目的 研究大蒜素对肿瘤细胞中核转录因子B(NFκB)活性的影响 ,探讨大蒜素抗肿瘤的作用机制。方法 用凝胶滞留 (EMSA)方法分析应用大蒜素处理前后人胃癌细胞系BGC 82 3的细胞核蛋白中NFκB的DNA结合活性。结果 用大蒜素处理后可观察到肿瘤细胞有增殖减慢及诱导分化等现象 ,大蒜素处理后NFκB结合DNA的活性降低。结论 大蒜素的抗肿瘤作用可能是通过NFκB信号途径起作用的
Objective To study the effect of allicin on nuclear factor B (NFκB) activity in tumor cells and explore the anti-tumor mechanism of allicin. Methods DNA binding activity of NFκB in nuclei of human gastric cancer cell line BGC 82 3 before and after application of allicin was analyzed by EMSA. Results After treatment with allicin, the proliferation of tumor cells was observed to slow down and induce differentiation. The activity of NFκB-binding DNA decreased after allicin treatment. Conclusion The antitumor effect of allicin may be through the NFκB signaling pathway
