在用谱仪测量样品活度时,准确地校准谱仪系统探测效率曲线是测量结果准确可靠的先决条件。在核设施液态流出物监测中,由于被测样品空间结构复杂,核素种类多且半衰期较短,通过制作标准液体源校准探测器系统的可行性低。本文讨论了几种核设施管道外非介入式液态流出物监测仪的校准方法:标准液体源法、数值积分法以及代表点法,选取其中的标准液体源法为初级方法,同时进行数值积分法和代表点法的实验,从相对偏差和不确定度两方面考虑,发现代表点法可作为适用有效的校准方法。
Accurately calibrating the detection efficiency of a spectrometer system when spectrometry is used to measure sample activity is a prerequisite for accurate and reliable measurements. In the monitoring of liquid effluent from nuclear facilities, the feasibility of calibrating the detector system by making a standard liquid source is low due to the complex spatial structure of the sample under test, the large number of species and the short half-life. In this paper, several calibration methods for noninvasive non-intrusive liquid effluent monitors in nuclear facilities are discussed: standard liquid source method, numerical integration method and representative point method. The standard liquid source method is selected as the primary method and the numerical integration method From the point of relative deviation and uncertainty, it is found that the representative point method can be used as an effective calibration method.
