无论是从高考成绩分析还是统计当今高校大学生的男女比例,都可以证明基础教育中男生弱势现象的存在。研究发现,教育中的考核评价方式、课堂教学和学校教师队伍都不利于男生潜力的挖掘。因此,为了改变这一局面,需要改革教育理论,优化教学过程;建立多元的评价方式,因材施教;调整教师队伍,促使教师性别比例平衡。
Whether it is from the college entrance examination score analysis or statistics of college students in the proportion of men and women, we can prove that the existence of weak boys in basic education. The study found that the assessment of education evaluation methods, classroom teaching and school teachers are not conducive to the potential of mining boys. Therefore, in order to change this situation, we need to reform the educational theory and optimize the teaching process. We should establish a pluralistic evaluation method and teach students in accordance with their aptitudes so as to adjust the team of teachers so as to promote a balanced gender ratio among teachers.
