自动数据收录系统是根据用于诊断测量环流-Ⅰ装置的中性能谱仪的需要而研制的。它可以独立工作,数据打印输出,采集处理等离子体的参数,也可以做为计算机的接口,将数据输入计算机做进一步处理。仪器的实物照片如图1所示。它的具体作业程序与结构原理分别示于图2,3。其结构大致可分五个单元,下面简述每个单元的功能和原理。
The automated data logging system was developed based on the need for a neutral spectrometer for diagnosing circulating-I devices. It can work independently, data printout, acquisition and processing of plasma parameters, can also be used as a computer interface, the data input to the computer for further processing. The physical picture of the instrument is shown in Figure 1. Its specific operating procedures and structural principles are shown in Figure 2, 3 respectively. Its structure can be roughly divided into five units, the following briefly describes the function and principle of each unit.
