一.从我国广东产 Alstonia Scholaris R.Br.根皮中分得一季铵硷及其盐酸盐。抽得率约为1.2%。游离硷 m.p.231℃,实验式 C_(22)H_(28)O_4N_(?)盐酸盐 m.p.286-7℃,实验式 C_(22)H_(28)O_4N_2·HCl。均具有 Echltamine 之颜色反应,红外光谱与 Echitamine标准品相同。我们认为此生物硷就是 Echitamine。二.研究了该季铵硷盐酸盐之降压作用及降压机制。首先发现和证实其具有较专一的、竞争型的神经节阻断作用,此作用在降压机制中占主要地位。其不具有阿托品样及毒蕈碱样作用。在心肺装置及离体蛙心实验指出其对心脏没有直接抑制作用。三.小白鼠一次腹腔注射 LD 50为109.7mg/kg(102.2-117.9.mg/kg)。对狗2.5mg/kgⅣ即有明显降压作用。无局部激惹作用。
