为了探索煤矿井下受诸多因素影响的顶板冒落高度的数学解决方法,基于对影响综采工作面上覆岩层冒落高度8个因素作用机理的分析,采用层次分析法对各因素权重进行评定,借助模糊数学综合评价方法,建立了一种新的综采工作面上覆岩层冒落高度决策预测模型.利用该模型分别对镇城底矿、王庄煤矿、杜儿坪矿综采工作面上覆岩层冒落高度进行了预测计算,结果为16.680,18.279,16.680m,计算结果与现场实测结果相比相对误差分别为2.21%,5.53%,9.74%,表明该预测模型具有较高的精度,为综采工作面冒落高度的确定提供了新的方法.
In order to explore the mathematical solution to roof falling height affected by many factors in coal mine, based on the analysis of the mechanism that affects the eight factors that affect the height of overlying strata in fully mechanized coal mining face, the analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate the weight of each factor, With the aid of fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method, a new prediction model of overlying rock caving height in fully mechanized coal mining face was established, and the model was applied to the comprehensive mining face of Zhenchengdi Mine, Wangzhuang Coal Mine and Du’erping Mine The calculated results are compared with the field measured results. The relative errors are 2.21%, 5.53% and 9.74% respectively, which shows that the prediction model has high accuracy, It provides a new method for the determination of the height of falling of fully mechanized coal mining face.
